Obituary for Andres Carrasquillo Guzman
Andres “Chito” Carrasquillo Guzman, age 76, of Nashua, NH, passed away at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center on April 8, 2023 after a period of declining health. For 50 years, he was the beloved husband of Priscila Diaz.
He was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico on November 3, 1946, son of the late Andres Carrasquillo and Isabel Guzman.
Prior to his retirement, he worked as a machine operator for many years in sheet metal fabrication, most recently for H&M Metals.
Chito loved baseball and was a big fan of the Boston Red Sox. He also enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, music and dancing, and watching the Weather, and animal kingdom Channels.
Besides his wife, Priscila, he is survived by his children, Javier “Tito” Carrasquillo Diaz, Evelyn “Tata” Rodriguez, and Suhey “Suki” Guzman; many grandchildren including Shallice, Jency, Yovanie, Andre, Maricella, Damie, Aaliah, Xavier, Amadea, Matthew, Manny, Gabriella, Gabriel and Autumn; eight great-grandchildren, Jason, Amaya, Zion, Antonio, Ryan, Ava Rose, Jeremiah and Jenaylah; also several brothers and sisters including Carmen, Angel, Provi, Lydia, Zoraida, Reye, Johnny and Jimmy. He was also father of the late Yanira Otero Diaz.
SERVICES: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to his visitation from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday April 13, 2023 at The Davis Funeral Home, One Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064.
