Beulah Rundlett Bean, 92, left this world for her eternal home on Thursday, May 20, 2021, surrounded by her family at her daughter’s home in Nashua. She was born on February 1, 1929 in Portsmouth, NH, the daughter of Copley McPherson Rundlett and Beulah (Yeaton) Rundlett.
Beulah was educated in the Concord, NH school system. She was the wife of the late Franklin Bean. They were married on June 12,1948 and had spent 61 wonderful years together. She was a dedicated wife, mother, caretaker, homemaker, and friend, and was loved by many. A resident of the Town of Litchfield, NH since 1955, she served as Town Trustee and Ballot Clerk for many years. She was an accomplished artist in the mediums of watercolor and pencil. She had a passion for creativity, gardening, and bird feeding. She also enjoyed singing at her church with her autoharp and visiting coastal Maine.
Beulah is survived by her four children Copley (Kip) Rundlett Bean of Litchfield, NH, Janet G. Venne and her husband Charles M. of Nashua, Robin A. Bean of Portland, ME and Donna M. Tasker of Portland, ME; her grandchildren Maureen R. Clark of SC, Eric M. Venne of Hazleton, PA, Elizabeth A. Venne of Maysville, KY, Aaron D. Bean of Portland, ME, Jennifer A. Libby of Cornish, ME, Heidi M. Tasker of Danville, ME and Graham F. Tasker of Auburn, ME; 20 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICE: Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation and a funeral service to be held at The Sanctuary United Pentecostal Church, 123 Derry Road in Hudson, NH, with Pastor David Howe officiating on Saturday, May 29th. Visitation will begin at 9:00am, followed by the service at 10:00am. Interment will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Litchfield.
