Obituary for Callen K. Martin
Mr. Callen K. Martin, age 59, of Nashua, NH, passed away on April 24, 2023 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA following a brief illness. For 30 years, he was the beloved husband of Karen E. (Edwards) Martin.
He was born in Tilden, Nebraska on June 30, 1963, son of the late Gary Martin & beloved son of Beverly (Beed) Martin, of Lowell, MA. He was a graduate of the University of Lowell.
Prior to his declining health, he worked as a Forklift Operator for Law Warehouses of Merrimack, NH for a couple years. Prior to that, he worked at Courier-Citizen in Westford, MA for 25 years.
Callen was an avid sports fan. He followed the Minnesota Vikings football, Cincinnati Reds baseball, and was a die-hard fan of the Chicago Blackhawks hockey team. He also loved Walt Disney World and took many trips there with his family.
In addition to his wife, Karen, and his mother, Bev, he is survived by his two children, Mishelle Martin of Los Angeles, CA, and Travis Martin of Columbus, OH; a brother and sister-in-law, Shannon and Mary Martin of Nashua, NH; mother-in-law, Ginnie Edwards; three sisters-in-law; three nephews and a niece; and many friends including his best friends of 50 years, John Wallace & Ron Mailloux.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock Street, Nashua, NH on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am with a service at the funeral home 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 101 Kinsley St., Nashua.
