Obituary for Carmen Cruz
Carmen Cruz died on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at the age of 77 in Nashua, NH. She was born February 6, 1944, in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico to the late Juan and Ernestina Cruz.
For 30 years, she lived in St Croix U.S Virgin Islands with her family. Carmen decided to move to Nashua in 1999 and made New Hampshire her home. She enjoyed sewing, planting, cooking, sight-seeing, and listening to Christian music. She was a nature lover, with a special appreciation of elephants and sunflowers. She was an outgoing person with a vivid soul who appreciated a good joke. She will be missed.
Carmen is survived by her 3 children, Cybele Laboy, Maribelle Laboy and her husband Yoel Capellan, and Efrain Santiago Jr; 3 grand children Luis Martinez, Keith Ramirez and his fiancé Krimson Bush, and Jennifer Ramirez; and 1 great-grandchild, Remi Princeton Ramirez.
SERVICES: A visitation will be held, Friday, February 4, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm with a procession to Edgewood Cemetery, 107 Amherst St, Nashua, NH 03064 for internment. Healthy friends and family are invited to attend.
