Obituary for Charles Henry Cooper IV
Charles Henry Cooper IV, 63, of Lowell, MA, passed away on March, 23, 2022. He was born and raised in Lowell, MA on September 5, 1958.
Charles served in the United States Coast Guard on the USCGC Chase WHEC-718. When he wasn't spending time making memories and drinking coffee with his family, he was enjoying the outdoors. He loved to fish, especially with his brother-in-law Rick! Charles earned a living as a flooring contractor, and was always willing to put his knowledge to use for the ones he cared about.
He is predeceased by his father Charles Henry Cooper III, a Korean war veteran, and his sister Elizabeth Poitras.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Cooper; daughter, Jessie Cooper; mother, Elizabeth Frobese; sister, Carol West; brothers, William Cooper and John White; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Charles will always be remembered as the caring man he was, and he will be greatly missed.
SERVICES: A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 12:30 PM at the NH Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH 03303. Friends and Family are welcome to attend.
