Obituary for David Norman Seager

David was the 1st born of Alton Byron Seager and Ruth Howe Seager. He is survived by his bothers John Seager and James Seager, of Hollis, and predeceased by his sister Roberta Seager. David and his wonderful wife Linda Lou (Marvell) were married for 61 years and were lifelong residents of Hollis. David leaves his wife Linda, his son Mark and his wife Marie Seager of Stewartstown NH, son Paul and his wife Tammy Seager of Hollis, and his daughter Beth, her husband William Zaccardi also of Hollis and their daughters Teresa and Jennifer.

Dave attended the University of New Hampshire, Thompson School of Agriculture. He was a farmer at heart and worked for Brookdale Fruit Farm in Hollis when their children were growing up. He then spent many years of his career working for the electrical utility companies, however; he never lost his love of farming. He was still working the land at Howe Farm, cutting, baling, and selling the hay as he had for the last 40 plus years.

He had a bigger than life personality that everyone he met enjoyed. Dave was an active part of the body of Christ at Amherst Christian Church. He was also an active member of the Hollis Seniors having been the President for several years. He will be missed by all that knew him.
