Obituary for Edelmira Rivera Colon
Edelmira Rivera-Colon, age 82, a 35-year resident of Pine St., in Nashua, NH, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on July 22, 2022, after a period of declining health. She was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on January 8, 1940, daughter of the late Edelmiro Rivera and Castula Colon.
She was a truly amazing woman, the kindest and most loving soul. Her family was her world and she was the pillar that held them together. Edelmira, a remarkable woman who was loved by her family and all who knew her. She was a wonderful combination of strength, warmth, kindness, laughter and love. She had the magical ability to make everything better. She was known for her delicious cooking, sense of humor and her passion for gardening. She is survived by her loving children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and loving family members.
SERVICES: Relatives & friends are invited to her Visitation at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064 on Friday July 29, 2022 from 3:00 until 7:00 PM. Her Funeral Service will take place in the Funeral Home on Saturday July 30, 2022 at 9:45 AM. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashua.
