Georgette L. (Frost, Mason, Gurska) Damren, 78, of Manchester, NH died peacefully at home Friday, August 21, 2020, surrounded by family.
She was born in Greenville, NH on May 24, 1942 a daughter of the late George L. Frost and Desneige (Lafreniere) Frost.
She grew up in Greenville, NH and lived most of her adult life in Nashua, NH. She is remembered as a loving and devoted mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was a devout Catholic who enjoyed spending time with family. She loved to cook and operated her own catering business, Georgette’s Kitchen, for many years. She was a member of the ladies auxiliary at VFW in Hudson, NH. One of her favorite pastimes was playing bingo with family and friends.
She leaves her partner of 14 years, Gerald “Jerry” Sloan; four daughters, Helen Barrett and her husband James, Patricia Smith and her husband Raymond, Debra St. Aubin and her partner Bonnie Coy, Kathleen Zaccagnini and her husband John; two sons George Mason and his husband Raymond Adams, Stanley Mason and his partner Amy Miln; two godchildren, Holly Beaudette and Shane Millard; one sister Theresa Rondeau; thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Ann Mason; sisters Barbara Dowling, Betty Miller, Ida Clement and brother George Frost.
SERVICES: Walk-through visiting hours will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua on Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 12 Noon to 2 PM. Due to COVID restrictions all guests entering the funeral home will be required to wear face masks and follow social distancing guidelines. Interment will be held privately at Holy Cross Cemetery in Hudson.
