Obituary for Henry Robert Rapaglia

On September 18, 2020, Henry Robert Rapaglia passed into the loving arms of his Savior at Crestwood long-term care in Milford, New Hampshire. Henry was born on July 23, 1941 in Methuen, Massachusetts to Carmello and Catherine (Valenti) Rapaglia. He married Carol Magri on December 4, 1960 and they were blessed with seven children and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He attended public schools, worked hard to support his family and retired in 2004.

Henry enjoyed doing puzzles, cheering for the Red Sox, and playing 45’s and listening to classic country and classic rock and roll . Above all else, he loved being surrounded by his family.

A daughter, Christine Marie, passed on October 14, 2014 at the age of 51.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Carol and their children: Angel (Marie) Rapaglia-Bradley and her husband, Mark, Robert Rapaglia, Gina Rapaglia-Boland , Nancy Rapaglia-Gerardi and her husband, Dwight, Mark Rapaglia and his wife, Christine, and Carolann Rapaglia-Solivan. Henry is also survived by his grandchildren: Angela Bradley, Amanda (Andrew) Guerin, Jared Bradley, Jacob (Mary) Bradley, Ariel Bradley, Vicky Rapaglia, Brian Rapaglia, Amy Rapaglia, Lauren Boland, Megan Boland, Sarah Gerardi, Adam Rapaglia, Heather Rapaglia, and Tatyana Solivan. He was blessed with several great-grandchildren: Lilliana, Brianna, Elizabeth, Abigail, Zhoie, Zachary, Julianna, Lucas, Dante, Sarah, Joseph, Lily, Kinsley, Evelyn and Autumn.

SERVICES: Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at the Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, New Hampshire. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Saint John XXIII Parish, 121 Allds St, Nashua, NH, with Father George Mattathalani officiating.
