Obituary for Jeannine P Huard (Rivard)

Jeannine P. Huard, age 87, passed away in the early morning hours on Saturday, July 6, 2019 in Nashua, NH surrounded by love. She was born on June 22, 1932 in Saint-Roch-de-Mekinac, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of the late Hector and Annette (Parent) Rivard.

Jeannine worked several years at Hampshire Manufacturing, and then at Teradyne Connection Systems, from where she retired. After retirement she enjoyed traveling to Florida and taking road trips to visit family in Canada. She enjoyed yard sales and flea markets and had an eye for spotting small antique treasures. Jeannine loved taking long walks and enjoying nature’s gifts. Her sweet demeanor made her a friend to everyone she met. She was truly kind, loving, and gave everything she could to her family. She loved flower gardens, the music of Celine Dion, and was famous for her pork pies, chicken and dumpling stew, and many other family favorites.

She was pre-deceased by her late husband, Raymond Huard who passed away in June of 2018, brothers, Etienne, Jean-Marie and Gilles and sisters Yvonette, Suzanne, Simone, Marie-Claire and Francoise.

Jeannine is survived by her children and their spouses, Diane and her husband Herve Jacob of Milford, Daniel Huard of Hollis, France Banakos and John Messner of Merritt Island, FL and Dominique and her husband Ted Reilly of Nashua, five grandchildren, Kristin, Jeffrey, Jonathan, Nathaniel and Edward (EJ) and a great-granddaughter, Natalie.
