John Kenneth Abbott, 81, died Saturday September 7, 2019 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH.
A lifelong resident of Hudson, NH he was born June 11, 1938 to the late Kenneth T. and Hilda (English) Abbott. John was predeceased by a sister, Marjorie (DeQuoy) Kelley and a granddaughter Cassidy Faith Woodward.
His family includes his wife of 54 years, Priscilla Abbott, his children, Kenneth Abbott and his wife Mindy Hamlin of Corvallis, OR; Keith Abbott and his wife Joan of Alton, NH; Kimball W. Abbott and Jessica Rivera of Providence R.I.; Mary Woodward and her husband Jeffrey of Nashua, NH; His Brother Robert W. Abbott and his wife Priscilla; His sisters Nancy J. Gibson, Carol A. Braddock, and Betty J. Estey and her husband William; his grandchildren; Lauren E. Abbott, Samuel K. Woodward, Elise V. Woodward, Alexander J. Abbott, Gabriela S. Abbott, Ian Hamlin and Joshua Crosman also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Abbott family would like to express their gratitude to the employees and many volunteers of The Community Hospice House for their unwavering support and loving care given to John during his final days. Thank You!
SERVICES: There are no visiting hours. Services will be private with burial held at a later date. The DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064 is in charge of arrangements.
