Obituary for Lynne Carol Lingley (Jozitis)
Lynne (Jozitis) Lingley, 77, of Nashua, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, December 3, 2020 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a two-year battle with lung cancer.
Lynne was born in Nashua in 1943, a daughter of the late Michael and Sylvia (Cox) Jozitis. Lynne was educated in Nashua schools.
Members of her family include her son and daughter-in-law, David and Eileen Lingley of Bedford; grandchildren: Anthony, Sophia, and Boden Lingley; step-grandchildren: Cody and Gabriella Kidder; siblings: Jean (Jozitis) Daviet, Michael T. Jozitis, Ed Jozitis (deceased), Floyd Jozitis and wife Linda, Tom Jozitis and wife Debbie, Gail Jozitis, and Joe Jozitis and wife Sue.
Lynne enjoyed spending time in her yard gardening, swimming, and hosting family functions. However, above all else, Lynne loved to help others and to be “Mammaw” to her grandchildren and “Aunt Lynne” to three generations.
SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A graveside service will take place at Edgewood Cemetery, 107 Amherst St, Nashua, Friday afternoon for family only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Make A Wish Foundation of NH or to a charity of one’s choice.
