Obituary for Marc N. Deschenes
Marc Nicolas Deschenes, age 39, died Thursday, September 22, 2022, in Portsmouth, NH. He was born on November 5, 1982, in Manchester, NH, the son of the late Marc Deschenes and beloved son of Marilyn (L’Heureux) Boudreau.
He attended the University of New Hampshire where he studied computer science. He was a spirited entrepreneur and used his passion to build a successful website company, Flylight Media.
Marc was a charismatic person who was loved by all. In addition to cultivating deep relationships, he loved spending time at the beach and going out on his boat. He also loved playing the guitar and piano and enjoyed sharing his talents at local open mic nights. Marc especially valued his time with family, friends, and his beloved cats, Dante and Sweetie.
Predeceased by his father, Marc Robert Deschenes. Survived by his mother, Marilyn Boudreau and her husband, Paul; brother Jon Deschenes and his wife, Jennie along with their two children Miles and Vayda; sister Sherry Matrascia and her husband Nick and their two children Logan and Charlotte; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
SERVICES: Relatives & friends are invited to his Visitation on Thursday, September 29, 2022, from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 30, 2022, at 10:00 am at St. Aloysius of Gonzaga Catholic Church, 48 W Hollis St., Nashua, NH.
