Obituary for Margaret Mainguy (Dupont)
Margaret (Dupont) Mainguy, 89, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Sunday January 9, 2022. She was born in Laconia, NH on December 22, 1932, daughter of the late Lionel Dupont and Leifa (Merrill) Fleming. She was widowed by her longtime husband John F. Mainguy Sr who passed away in 2001.
Some of Margaret’s hobbies include sewing, crafting, and doing jigsaw puzzles. She also enjoyed baking and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
Besides her husband John, Margaret was predeceased by her son, John F. Mainguy Jr. and grandson, Jonathan Mainguy.
Survivors include her children, Albert J Mainguy of Lake Alfred, FL, Tracey A. (Guimond) Terrizzi of Winter Haven, FL, and Margaret Lynn Burgess. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Christopher, Craig, Tracey, Stephanie, Miranda, Mariah, Benjamin, and Samuel as well as several great-grandchildren.
SERVICES: A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 10 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, 29 Spring St.,03060. Interment will follow at Edgewood Cemetery, 107 Amherst St., Nashua, NH 03064. Family and friends are invited to attend. Those in attendance will be asked to wear a mask due to current covid protocols. The DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua has been placed in charge of arrangements.
