Obituary for Michael Joseph Raymond
Michael Joseph Raymond 70, died Saturday April 18, 2020 at New Hampshire Veteran’s Home in Tilton, NH.
Born on July 23, 1949 in Nashua, NH, he was the son of the late Gordon Francis Raymond and Dorothea Patricia (Jacklin) Raymond. He was also predeceased by two sisters, Jackie Demers and Patricia Dunne.
Michael attended Nashua Schools, and served in the US Navy from 1968-1970. He was proud to be a Plank Holder as a member of initial crew on the USS Flying Fish submarine.
He was employed by Digital where he did Technology Support. He was an avid Patriots fan and NASCAR fan. He loved music especially the Beatles.
Survivors include one sister, Laurie Blais of, Nashua: one brother, Ronald Raymond of Scituate Massachusetts and his former spouse and friend Beth Raymond, of Nashua.
SERVICES: There are no visiting hours. Private services with be held at the New Hampshire Veteran’s Cemetery at a later date. Donations may be made to Gateways Community Services, 144 Canal Street, Nashua, NH 03064. The Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock Street, Nashua, NH 03064 is in charge of arrangements.
