Obituary for Michelle G Potter (Ingalls)

Michelle G. Potter, 67, of Hudson died at home on February 13, 2020. She was born on July 21, 1952 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Albert and Dorothy Ingalls of Wakefield, Massachusetts.

She attended Newburyport High School where she received her diploma. After graduating high school, Michelle went on to attend Saint Joseph School of Nursing, graduating in 1986 with High Honors. She then went on to work as a nurse for Davita Dialysis for numerous years.

In her free time, Michelle enjoyed sewing, camping, reading, and gardening. Michelle was an avid animal lover and loved animals of all kinds. She also loved to watch NASCAR especially attending live events. She was a parishioner at St. Kathryn’s Catholic Church in Hudson where she would often attend mass. Michelle had numerous hobbies, however her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family and her grandchildren.

Michelle was predeceased by Albert Ingalls Jr., Ronald Smith, George Smith, and Catherine (Ingalls) Fournier.

She is survived by her partner Richard Hill of Hudson, her daughters Denyelle (Potter) Klayton and her husband Adam of Nashua and Jamie (Potter) Burke and her fiancé David Decker of Hudson, her grandchildren John Burke Jr. of Hudson and Elizabeth and Nicholas Klayton of Nashua, her brother Lee Ingalls of Melrose, MA , and her goddaughter Stacy (Fournier) Thurlow of Amesbury, MA

SERVICES: A period visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2020 starting at 6:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 7:00 pm at the Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St. Nashua, NH 03064. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Nashua Humane Society, 24 Ferry Rd. Nashua, NH 03064. The DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua has been placed in charge of arrangements. “ONE MEMORY LIGHTS ANOTHER”.
