Obituary for Nancy Ann Smith (LeCam)
Nancy Ann (LeCam) Smith, age 64, of Nashua, passed away on July 25, 2022, after a period of declining health. For 39 years, she was the beloved wife of Wayne Smith.
She was born in Lowell, MA on October 6, 1957, daughter of the late William & Harriet (Lawrenson) LeCam. She attended Chelmsford High School and Essex Technical School.
Nancy worked as a floral designer for many years. She was well known for her skills and was often requested to do work for the Presidential Bush family.
Nancy cherished her annual trips to Cape Cod, beginning at an early age she would spend time on the beautiful Mayflower Beach with family and friends. While at home Nancy spent her time gardening and painting. Often ending her day watching one of her favorite true crime shows.
Besides her husband, Wayne, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lindsay & Patrick King; her son, Daryl Smith; two granddaughters, Amelia and Molly King; her sister, Christine Cournoyer and her husband, James Bryant; and her brother, Thomas LeCam. Besides her parents William and Harriet, Nancy is predeceased by her brother William LeCam.
SERVICES: Relatives & friends are invited to her Visitation at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064 on Sunday July 31, 2022 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM. Funeral Monday morning with a Funeral Service at 11:30 AM in the Funeral Home, followed by interment at Edgewood Cemetery in Nashua.
