Obituary for Normand Emile Corriveau

Normand Emile Corriveau, of Nashua, died on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson. Son of the late Hector and Alice Corriveau, born in Nashua on June 15, 1932. He was the husband of Martha (Haggett) Corriveau whom he married on February 24, 1951.

He previously served in the Army National Guard 574th Field Artillery Battalion, Battery C as a Gunnery Sargent. During his life he was employed by Gregg’s and Son of Nashua and then Murray Printing Company (Courier) of Forge Village, Massachusetts, where he retired from in 1996. He was a former member of the Lafayette Club of Nashua and served on the board of directors previously.

In life was preceded by two brothers, Paul and Robert Corriveau, a sister, Lillian Page, as well as his son, Kenneth, who passed away in 2002.

He is survived by his wife, Martha, of Nashua; children, Dennis and Louse Corriveau of Hollis, Edward Corriveau of Nashua, Kevin Corriveau of Amherst, and Debbie and Spencer Libby of Cheboygan, Michigan; grandchildren, Nathan Corriveau of Hollis, Adam Corriveau and Nykole Corriveau Roche of Northhampton, Massachusetts and their three children, Ruby, Desmond, and Vivienne, Sarah and Bill Gwynne of Manchester and their children, Zachary and Oliver, Sherry and Michael Poissant of Franklin and their children, Martinez, Alicia and Christian, William Corriveau of California, Christopher Corriveau of Florida, Travis and Mellissa Libby of Michigan, Keith Corriveau of Antrim, Kyle Corriveau of Peterborough, and Kasey Corriveau of Bennington; as well as several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, and will be sorely missed.

SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, 11am, at Parish of the Resurrection, 449 Broad Street in Nashua. Interment prayers and burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery in Hudson. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
