Obituary for Phyllis June Emond (Prosser)
Phyllis Emond, 86, died on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA. She was born on June 9, 1933 in Massachusetts, daughter of the late Ernest Prosser and Lillian (Manor) Symonds.
She was the wife of Leo Emond whom she married in Nashua in 1949.
During her life Phyllis was involved in foster care having worked as a special needs caregiver for Till Company. In her free time she enjoyed crochet, board games, and especially spending time with her family.
Phyllis was predeceased by her daughter, Linda (Emond) Patnaude.
Along with her husband of 70 years, Leo, she is survived by her children, Chrissy Emond, Dottie (Emond) Slovick, Eddie Emond, Chris Peters; many grandchildren including Jennifer Drew Aldrich and Paula Finn; many great-grandchildren including Nicholas Lones, Falicia Lones, Keinan Musial, Robbie Finn, Shyla Finn, and Payton Finn; Great-great-grandchildren, Aiden Lones, Kydan, Lilyanna, and Braiden; as well as many other loving extended family and friends.
