Richard Barton Pease of Fort Collins, CO, died recently at the age of 54. Son of John C. and Mary B. Pease of Nashua, formerly of Hollis, Richard was born in Petersburg, VA, and raised in Chelmsford, MA. He graduated from Cornell University and received his MBA from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. He excelled as a competitive swimmer until he was in his late 30’s, and loved history, hiking, the National Parks, and the Boston Red Sox. He formerly worked for Hewlett Packard in Fort Collins.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three children: Lt. Connor Barton, Rebecca Caroline, and Brendon DePrez, all of Fort Collins. He is also survived by his brother, John C, Jr. and his wife Linda, and nephews John C. III, and Thomas of Dublin, OH, as well as his former wife Hilary Pease, and his friend, Louise Coulter both of Fort Collins.

SERVICES: Services will be at the Congregational Church of Hollis, Monument Square, Hollis, on October 26, at 11:00 am, followed by a reception at the church, and burial at the family plot in East Cemetery in Hollis.
