Obituary for Tommy Tucker
Tommy Tucker, 76, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. Tommy was born March 22, 1947, in Nashua, NH, to parents Ivan and Mary (Wright) Tucker. He married Gloria (Kendrick) Tucker in 1969, in Nashua, NH. They enjoyed 52 years of marriage before Gloria’s passing in 2021.
Tommy honorably served his country, enlisting in the Army in 1967. He fought during Vietnam, earning a service medal with two stars and several sharp shooter badges. Once back home, he went on to work maintenance jobs for Quality Insulation, Builder’s Insulation and Brook Village.
Tommy enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid fisher and hunter. He also liked spending time in his garden, tending to his vegetables. When indoors, he loved watching John Wayne movies and other Westerns, but most of all, he loved his family and spending time with them.
Tommy is predeceased by his loving wife, Gloria Tucker.
He is survived by his children Steven Tucker, and Laura Tucker, brother, Michael Tucker, and sisters Linda Cool, Maxine Marino, and Donalda Macole.
SERVICES: A graveside service will be held 10 am on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the New Hampshire Veteran’s Cemetery, 101 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303.
