Condolence From: James Cerullo
Condolence: I made a condolence previously but realized I had left something important out. I was diagnosed as having a brain tumor while in the Army, I think it was 1989. They sent me out to Boston for Laser radiation treatments. I called Brad and informed him that I would be there for two and a half months if he wanted to visit me. He not only came to visit but he came by and took me to a red sox game, a rock and roll concert a cool night club and other places like LL Bean store. He came by to rescue me from boredom every weekend I was there except one. I have never known anyone who went so far out of their way to help me and I need to say it. Brad your the best friend I ever had and I love you!

Condolence: I had the pleasure and honor of working with Brad at Millipore. I will always remember his patience, sense of humor and willingness to help resolve any Oracle issue. His favorite saying was
“The Flashlight is Your Friend”. Brad was “The Flashlight” to everyone he worked with.

Condolence: Dear Feltham Family. I am so sorry for your (and our) loss. Brad was easily one of my favorite people here at Millipore. I would love to talk about, and compare our family calamities and achievements. He was such a smart guy who always had a “smart” comment to make. Several times his comments were made via IM messages during a conference call. I had to quickly mute my line so I didn’t bust up laughing during mid discussion! He was funny, kind, always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, approachable, etc… the list could go on forever. He was always the “go to guy” whenever you needed the right answer, right away. He will be greatly missed- God bless. Philippians 4:7 – Carolin Carter – EMD Millipore, Temecula

Condolence: We will miss Brad. It was always a joy to see his name display on the phone when he called, or to see him when he was on site, as you knew there would be laughter that came along with his expertise. His wit, his laugh, and his soft spoken strength were a joy and comfort to all as we struggled to adapt to Oracle. He was a shining star to us newcomers to the Millipore Family. Our sincere condolences to his family.

Condolence: Eulogy
I am speaking on behalf of our parents, Doris and Ian that could not be here today due to health issues, and my sister Dauna to give a perspective of Brad and his impact in his earlier years.
Dauna, Jon, Sarah and I celebrated Brad’s life at his favorite local Mexican restaurant last night and tears were shed, but we had an equal amount of laughter as we reminisced about Brad and the times we shared as a family. One common theme emerged – Brad never said a mean or unkind word about any one, but he also had a wit that was razor sharp and could encourage you as well as make you understand when you were being less than reasonable. Although quite in nature, it was always a short period of time before Brad would have any group in a room migrate towards him. It was part of his natural charm and ability to make lite of difficult situations and identify humor in common situations.
The best way for me to describe Brad from our family’s perspective is to relate my personal perspective of Brad’s impact on me.
Brad was my teacher for 52 years and he taught me –
1. How to keep the money under the monopoly board while we were playing outside on the 3rd floor ledge of our apartment in Spain so the money wouldn’t blow away. The fact the ledge had no protective fence or barrier was not important, it was a lesson for me to understand the value of organization!!
2. When I saw him and my sister (Dauna) carrying presents on Christmas Eve into the living room – I told him Santa wasn’t real. Brad explained to me because we were stationed abroad Santa needed to use the US military’s help to find me and Santa had delivered them to the US government – Dauna and Brad were just delivering under instructions of Santa – Worked for a couple of years and taught me to always believe in the imagination!!
3. He broke my tie to “blanky” by having me move down one stair on my bottom one-at-a time away from my direr friend (blanky). Until over several weeks I reached the bottom stair with my blanky at the top – breaking me of my dependence – leading me to my next lesson Brad – Patience.
Today he has taught me the lesson of grief, loss and love – and again even the difficult lessons are important. Leaving me with the most important lesson Brad has ever taught me – Our time together is precious and he has left behind the most valuable reminder – his children!! They represent a piece of an important person in my life, but one of the most important in theirs!!
I share their love, admiration, and pain at their loss. But, I also know that I get to share Brad in each of them
Thank you for coming to celebrate Brad’s life with his family, coworkers, and friends. I encourage you to share your own personal story with his children so that they can understand how many people, and how in so many different ways Brad touched us all.

Condolence: I will miss Brad dearly. Having just spent some time with him in Darmstadt, Germany on business, I can say that (as susual) Brad supplied the laughs both with his jokes and hilarious gestures. I cannot remember one conversation with Brad where we weren’t laughing at one thing or another. The frustrations of Oracle. The new frustrations of SAP. We were laughing the other day in Darmstadt when he was trying to explain something about how Oracle was going to talk to SAP. He pulled his hand down over his face and said quietly, “I give up. Time for a break.” Other times, I would call Brad and he would pick up the phone and say, “What, now.”
I will never forget our lunch outings—he always liked to go to El Torito when he came to Temecula, CA.
Through it all, Brad was the quintessential teacher. He was the epitome of “you can’t keep what you have unless you give it away.” Always willing to help, to give and give again until you got it. I encourage everyone to think about things that you admire in Brad and start living them in your own lives. This will help ease us all during this time of tremendous loss. Let us celebrate Brad’s life by drawing power from his tremendous spirit of generosity and humor. Long live Brad’s Legacy!
